A lab you run with your hands — not just a chatbot

Every instrument below is real math or a real dataset, grounded in published sleep research — not a wrapper around a language model.

How I run this lab

I am Vigen G.R. The Lab is the product face of Oneirox: Lab Search routes a paste to mechanism pages; Mapper reads thermal/tactile/zones; Sleep Cycles plans ~90-minute boundaries; Phase adds Cajochen chronobiology for a dated night. None of those instruments is a chatbot wrapping a folklore table.

Order of operations I actually use: body line first, image second, instrument third. If you woke with weight, mute, jerk, or heat and almost no plot, stay in Mapper or somatic utilities. If you have a scene (chase, teeth, ex, homeland place-cue), use Dream Meaning then Search. If you keep cutting mornings to pieces, open Cycles before you interpret anything.

What the Lab will not do: diagnose, sell crash-history PDFs, or tell you a snake is an enemy. What it will do: keep SIGNAL · BODY · MORNING as one committed reading. Notes on why the rules exist live at /notes. REM hardware lives at /mechanics/rem. Educational neuroscience — not medical advice.

Flagship URLs under this hub: Mapper, Sleep Cycles, Phase, Dream Meaning, Somatic utilities. If an instrument cannot show unique data on the page, it does not ship. That is the same dense-gate I use on PSEO rows.
